Check-in is preferable after 4pm and check-out by 10am.
These times can be adapted to the customer's needs if necessary.
Rental for private parties
Do you need a special location for a family day? It is possible to rent Casale Monte Amato by the day for birthday parties, graduations, ceremonies, etc... You will have the outdoor spaces with swimming pool, BBQ and kitchen at your disposal, contact us to find out about our availability and have a tailor-made offer.
Some things to know
The house is made up of two mirror-image units, the one being rented faces the view. The owners of the other unit could occasionally occupy their property on weekends and use the common areas. Casale Monte Amato is not an exclusive property where absolute privacy is to be expected.
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside, but you will find numerous ashtrays in the outdoor spaces.
We will provide you with all the household linen, but we kindly ask you to bring your own beach/pool towels.
The swimming pool is open from May to October.
