Casale Monte Amato is located in Filottrano, in the province of Ancona, in Via Monte Armato, in an area far from the main road where you can enjoy total tranquility and breathtaking views.

A big parking space is available for guests

Is the house for exclusive use?

Casale Monte Amato is a family country house divided into two separate and independent units. Occasionally the owners may occupy their part whit with their family or friends, especially on holidays such as New Year's Eve, August 15th, May 1st, etc

The external common areas will be shared on those occasions.

Do you have an Internet connection?
Yes, free WiFi is available throughout the house.

What can I do during my stay?

You will be spoiled for choice, from relaxing under the porch or in the garden to swimming in the pool or playing foosball. If you want to visit the surroundings, the Marche offers you everything you might dream of, from the beautiful beaches of the Riviera to excursions on the Conero Mount or the Sibillini or cultural destinations such as Recanati and Urbino.

Can I take my dog or cat with me?

Sure! Casale Monte Amato is a pet-friendly property, so take your four-legged friends with you and enjoy a dream vacation together. We just kindly ask you to please let us know in advance.

When can I cancel my reservation?

The reservation can be cancelled up to 30 days before arrival. A deposit of 30% of the total amount will be required to confirm the booking. The final balance can be paid before arrival or at check in.

What kind of payments do you accept?

We accept cash and bank transfers.

Is smoking allowed?

Smoking is not allowed inside the house but you will find ashtrays in the outdoor areas.

Are children welcome?

Sure! Children of all ages are welcome!

What time is check in and check out?

Check-in is preferably after 3pm check out by 11am. These times remain flexible according to availability, do not hesitate to let us know your estimated time of arrival and departure to better organize your welcome.
